Refund Policy

Shipping costs

All orders are shipped via GLS courier service for Spain and Portugal. For international orders, the courier service used is UPS or FedEx.

You'll be able to see the cost of each shipment at checkout. This varies depending on the destination. The applicable rates are:

– National: 4.95 euros

– Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: 15 euros

– Portugal: 12 euros

– Europe: 20 euros

– USA and Canada: 25 euros

– Other destinations: 35 euros

Delivery times

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an email with all the information you need to track it.

We prepare the orders of Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. once payment has been confirmed. If we receive your purchase outside of these hours or on a Sunday or holiday, we'll arrange for it to be ready the next business day. Once we have your order in our central warehouse, we ship it via express courier so it reaches you as quickly as possible. Delivery times are detailed below:

Domestic Shipping:

– In the peninsula: 1-2 business days.
– To the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 2-3 business days.
– Shipping to Europe: 2-3 business days

Shipping to USA: 4-5 business days:

– Shipping outside the European Union: 5-7 business days. Please note that if you are outside the European Union, you must be aware of and pay local customs taxes.


*In case of delivery delays, please check the tracking number we will send you by email. We also recommend that you contact the concierge at your building; they may have received the package there. If you have any questions, please contact us via info@miboheme.com


Returns

Our goal is your complete customer satisfaction, so you can exchange or return your purchase if you are not satisfied or need a different size within 10 days of receiving your order.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the amount of the product you wish to return, excluding shipping costs. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction as soon as we receive the returned products. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, special editions (MBHM – SPECIAL EDITION), or those that are not returned in their original condition.

FOR PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE : You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange items. Refunds will be issued in the form of a voucher.
In the event of an exchange for a higher-priced item, the difference will be refunded.


The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, special editions (MBHM – SPECIAL EDITION), or those that are not returned in their original condition.

If you wish to exchange a previously purchased product for a different one, first return the purchased item by requesting store credit, and then purchase the new product again.

You must request an exchange within 10 calendar days of receiving the product. To help us continue to improve, please let us know the reason for the exchange. If you request a size exchange, you must indicate the correct size.

Items must be sent in their original condition, along with any related accessories, and in their original packaging. Items will be inspected by Miboheme staff to assess their condition. If the inspection determines that the items are not in suitable condition, the exchange will not be accepted.

Miboheme only covers shipping costs in the following cases:
– Wrong shipments or defective products.
– For all other exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of special promotions where shipping costs are free, the customer must also cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.

If there is a price difference between the original item and the one requested for exchange, the exchange will be processed via bank transfer or Bizum.
